Please note: Personalized or custom leather products (e.g., monogrammed wallets, custom jackets) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

- Items without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, securely package the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to our return address (provided by Customer Support).
Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or damaged.
